GSM has been manufacturing printed labels for 40 years and are able to print onto almost any material including; stainless steel, anodised aluminium, plastic and vinyl using both screen and digital printing.
The method of screen printing labels is one that is still very desirable and sought after today. Screen printing is done by using a mesh screen, blocking out areas the ink is not required creating a stencil and then using a squeegee to push the ink through the open areas.
Screen printing labels enables varied finishes to the product and this can be produced depending on the material that is used. Printed Labels can be screen printed using; anodised aluminium, stainless steel, vinyl, acrylic, self-adhesive polyester labels, pvc and polycarbonate labels.
Having the ability to use a variety of inks enables GSM to offer a variety of colours to suit your printing needs and still provide a durable finish to many labels for the use in many industries including; oil and gas, catering, outdoor and military.
Alternatively, printed labels can be digitally printed which allows us to replicate photographic images and infinite colour combinations into the surface of anodised aluminium. This enables us to print your multi-coloured logo onto the label.
The result is a hard wearing, durable printed labels able to sustain all weather conditions. They are also very hygienic which makes them suitable for the catering industry.
